- Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools and methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product specifications and design effective testing strategies.
- Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure product quality.
- Analyze test results and provide feedback to development teams for continuous improvement.
- Maintain testing documentation and reports to ensure transparency and traceability.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall testing strategy and process improvements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in software testing, including manual and automated testing techniques.
- Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies is a plus.
