Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our expanding team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive sales growth and build lasting relationships with clients in a fast-paced environment.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and support for clients.

Essential Requirements:

- Proven track record of success in a sales role, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets and driving business growth.
